Photo etching (chemical milling) is metal machining/processing technology that combines corrosion-resistant masking derived from precision photo technology and chemical machining using chemical reaction and corrosion processes on metals. This technology is also ideal for any requirements for ultra-precision processing with high accuracy, such as ultra-small parts, ultra-thin plates or unique and complex-shaped items.
Possible to pull out the material characteristics of the difficult-to-cutting materials by processing of etching for Al, Ti, Mg, Mo, HASTELLOY which is “hard-to-grinding materials” on cutting work. Possible also to do processing for organic material (Polyimide). Challenging carbon fiber.
To create and provide new processing quality, high-precision functional parts by various pattern etching (stepped, hole, groove, slit, fine cut) based on rolled material (flat) 0.004mm～3mm etching technology.
To create steric structure like high aspect mesh, Flow path, jig tray by laminating thin plate etching product and it’s diffusion bonding. It is possible to create three-dimensional modeling by diffusion bonding repeatedly.

To realize high precision parts like Carbide, powder high-speed steel, tungsten, various types of stainless steel (Round bar, pipe, coil), piano wire, molybdenum, zirconia, alumina, silicon carbide, sintered diamond, nickel titanium, samarium-cobalt, ferrite, CFRP, PEEK. The application is mainly mold core pin, wire probe, medical guide wire.
GD coating is possible to realize strong adhesion, covering power in accordance with by forming the reaction layer. The covering power is better than Teflon coating for releasing property, sliding property, wear resistance, and the reaction layer of dense, fine, uniform is better than Silicon for water repellency, corrosion resistance.The heatproof temperature is 350deg-C.
